engaged!

my baby brother... engaged. nuts!
good thing i LOVE this little lady;)
funny story... i have actually been doing her hair for the
past couple years. i always told her when my brother got home
from his mission, i was gonna get them TOGETHER.
well... he came home... and i didnt even have to.
they met through friends and had their first date at the
strawberry days RODEO.
have been together everyday since.
they are tyin the knot dec. 29th.
so we are in rush mode to get everything ready for thier BIG day :)
this weekend Brade had his last home football game at snow college...
so we went down to ephraim to watch. on the way home stopped at the mall
and picked up some new getups for their engagement session.
went home and to get aubs roots done;) and were doin hair til 130 am.
next afternoon headed out to take some photos.
this is one of my FAVORITES. just a sneak peak for now...

i cant believe this kid is 5 months. 5 months and a week even.
yikes... i wonder how many months old i am?????
this life goes by waaayyyyyy too fast. let me tell ya.

so... i took some family pics for a friend and LOVED how they turned out. their outfits the location... evvvverything. so i thought id COPY and do some like em of our litle fam;) van is the happiest little guy and ALWAYS smiling and laughing... BUT of coarse when its picture time... NOTHIN. ha! but i think they still turned out pretty cute. :)

our sweet baby van has arrived.
may 15th. 6 pounds 14 oz. 18 inches long.
he will be 5 weeks on saturday. i cant
believe how fast this time has flown!

you are my very best friend.
and i just cant wait for you to be vans grandma!!!
he is one lucky kid.

the big ol belly.....

so...... 3 weeks to go. yup only 3 more WEEKS til little Van comes out to play!!! it seems so soon yet still so far away. and not too mention i feel like i have been pregnant for atleast ten years... other than that i have had a pretty easy pregnancy so i cant complain too much!! these last couple weeks have been rough... and im sure these next/last couple will be even funner! but were almost done!! :) and we just cant wait to be Vans mommy and daddy ;)...
